Flink was founded by Ruth Bonsignore. Over her 30+ year consulting career, Ruth has served the full spectrum of public sector clients --- from federal government agencies like the Federal Highway Administration, Federal Aviation Administration, National Park Service, and the US Fish and Wildlife Service, to state Departments of Transportation along the east coast, to regional agencies, and local cities and towns. Ruth’s private sector practice has focused on transportation master planning and design for higher education, entitlements for complex urban redevelopment, and special events management. Ruth earned her B.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Massachusetts and her Master’s in Transportation from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
